Different alliances and different kinds of players, all part of one community. Some of us play every day, some a few minutes between life. There's room for both, and everything in between.

Questions
Good to know.
- Invitation (Phases I & II): we plan your move ahead and send you an invite during the window.
- Open transfer (Phase III): 20 open seats, first come, first served. We can't hold them for anyone, but tell us you're coming so we can welcome you.
- Choosing open transfer also puts your group on the waitlist for an invitation.
Your place is private. You see it only in Check my request. When invitation spots open up, a Transfer Manager invites a group from the waitlist, so groups move up as others are invited or step back.
A group takes one place, however many people are in it.
You can still come: get under the cap for that window, or ask about the special invite, which is given case by case. The window card shows both caps.
Send one request for your whole group. Add each player's ID and pick one party lead. We contact the lead in-game.
One per window, given case by case. It's not automatic. It's for players who are above the general power cap, and it has its own higher cap.
Yes. Only Transfer Managers see it. This page never shows who asked, how many asked, or anyone's place but your own.
No. A spot is reserved only when a Transfer Manager confirms it, and the numbers on this page update then. But every request is read.
You can split your party. Rank your players, and the top ones get the invitation spots that are left. Everyone else goes on the waitlist and can join during open transfer. If an invited player drops out, the next player on your list gets their spot first.
Seat counts on this page update when a Transfer Manager confirms a spot, so they can be a little behind, especially when lots of people apply at once. If spots run short while we review requests, we may need to split your party. We'll use your ranking and let your party lead know in-game. Everyone who doesn't get an invitation goes on the waitlist and can still join in open transfer.
